HVLS Ceiling Fans

Product Features & Technical Advantages

Q: How does one HVLS fan replace dozens of small fans?

A: It's about Volume, not speed. A single 24ft (7.3m) HVLS fan moves massive amounts of air (up to 15,000 m³/min). It creates a gentle breeze covering 1,000 to 1,500 m², effectively replacing 50+ small high-speed fans while consuming far less energy.

Q: What is the advantage of your PMSM motor over traditional gearbox motors?

A: Zero Maintenance.

Gearbox: Requires regular oil changes and can leak or be noisy.

PMSM (Direct Drive): Sealed design, no friction, no oil, and whisper-quiet (under 40dB). It is smaller, lighter, and more efficient.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Q: Is it safe to hang such a large fan overhead?

A:

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We use a 5-Point Safety System:

Safety Cables: 4 steel cables secure the motor to the roof.

Anti-drop Ring: Prevents the hub from falling in case of failure.

Blade Locks: Connect blades together to prevent individual detachment.

Q: Are the blades durable? Will they deform?

A: Our blades are made of Aviation-Grade Mag-Al Alloy . Inside the blade, we use internal reinforcing ribs to ensure high structural strength. They are designed to withstand metal fatigue and will not deform or break even after years of operation.

Installation & Customization

Q: What are the building requirements for installation?

A: Basic requirements are:

Ceiling Height: Ideally above 4 meters.

Clearance: At least 1.2 meters between the fan blades and the roof/obstacles.

Structure: Compatible with I-beams, concrete beams, or steel grids (we provide universal mounting kits).

Q: Can I use standard household power for these fans?

A: Yes. While standard industrial fans use 380V/3-Phase, our PMSM fans usually come with an integrated inverter. This allows them to run on 220V Single-Phase (household style) or 380V/480V 3-Phase, making them suitable for any facility worldwide.
