Intake & Exhaust Fans

Product Features & Technical Advantages

Q: What is the difference between Direct-Drive and Belt-Drive exhaust fans? Which one should I choose?

A: Belt-Drive: Traditionally offers high airflow at a lower RPM, making it quieter. However, belts wear out over time and require periodic tensioning or replacement to maintain efficiency.

Direct-Drive: The motor is directly connected to the impeller. The biggest advantage is zero maintenance—no belts to break or slip, and no grease needed.

If you want a "install and forget" solution, choose Direct-Drive. If you need maximum airflow size at a lower budget, Belt-Drive is still a reliable industry standard.

Q: How much temperature reduction can I expect from installing these exhaust fans?

A: Exhaust fans don't produce cold air like ACs, but they cool effectively in two ways:

Heat Removal: They flush out trapped hot air, bringing the indoor temperature down to match the outdoor ambient temperature.

Wind Chill: The constant airflow accelerates evaporation on the skin, creating a perceived cooling effect of 3°C to 5°C for your workers.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Q:How do your fans withstand corrosion in harsh environments like poultry farms or chemical plants?

A: We utilize superior materials designed specifically for corrosive environments:

Housing: Made of high-strength FRP (Fiberglass). Unlike steel, it is impervious to acid, alkali, and ammonia, ensuring zero rust even in the harshest conditions.

Blades: Crafted from Aluminum Alloy, which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, guaranteeing long-lasting efficiency without oxidation.

Q: Will the shutters get stuck or fail to open fully after long-term use?

A: No, the design is simple and reliable.

Airflow Operation: The shutters are lightweight and open automatically via air pressure when the fan starts (no complex gears to break).

Smooth Pivots: The rotating shafts are rust-proof and dust-resistant, ensuring they open freely and close tightly by gravity every time.

Installation & Customization

Q: How do I calculate how many fans I need for my factory?

A:

The calculation is based on the Air Change Rate required for your industry (e.g., 60 times/hour for a hot workshop).

The Formula: (Room Volume L×W×H × Air Change Rate) ÷ Single Fan Airflow.

Example: A 1,000m³ workshop needing 60 changes/hour needs a total airflow of 60,000 m³/h. If one fan moves 44,000 m³/h, you need roughly 2 fans.

Q: Can you customize the voltage and motor frequency for different countries?

A:

Absolutely. While our standard is 380V/50-60Hz/3Phase, we fully support global customization. We can provide motors compatible with:

North America: 220V/480V, 60Hz

South America/Philippines: 220V/440V, 60Hz

Other regions: Special voltages like 415V or single-phase options.
